Consultancy Fee: Paid directly to Morocco Travel Connects for expert planning, vetting, and itinerary design.

Local Services: All payments for on-the-ground execution (including private drivers, certified guides, and accommodations) are made by the client directly to the independent service providers.

Morocco Travel Connects conducts rigorous on-site vetting of all recommended partners. However, all local services are executed by independent, third-party operators. As a consultant, Morocco Travel Connects provides professional recommendations only. The ultimate responsibility for the execution, safety, and delivery of local services rests with the individual service providers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, consistent with the registration of Arruda Global Connections.
